About Us
Founded in 1980 as Swati Electronics, our company began as a small, specialized customs shop. We started by selling imported goods, providing customers with unique and hard-to-find electronics and goods. As our reputation grew, so did our passion for bringing high-quality products to our community.
As the technology landscape evolved, we ventured into the burgeoning electronics market, providing high-quality printers, desktops, and accessories to universities and businesses. Our focus on bulk orders allowed us to build strong relationships and become a trusted partner in equipping educational institutions and corporate offices. This expansion also led us to introduce other essential products, including landline phones and air conditioning units, solidifying our position as a comprehensive provider of electronics and essential goods for both homes and businesses.
Our journey as distributors began with Modi Printers, and this pivotal step marked a significant turning point for Swati Electronics now Swapnalok. Around the same time, as mobile technology began to take hold, we anticipated the future demand and were quick to adapt. We successfully secured the distribution rights for BPL Mobile, a key player in the early mobile phone market. This foresight and ability to adapt to new trends allowed us to evolve from a retail and bulk-order company into a major distributor, cementing our role as a key player in the electronics industry.
We soon immersed ourselves in the mobile business, opening one of the first dedicated phone shops in our district. Our commitment led us to become an Airtel Network distributor, enabling us to offer both devices and network services—establishing us as a complete solution provider in the fast-growing telecom sector.
A key breakthrough came with the Nokia Priority Hub and distribution rights across three districts, strengthening our market presence and expanding our customer base. In the years that followed, we grew rapidly, adding major brands like Apple, Motorola, Oppo, Jio, HTC, Panasonic, and Yu to our portfolio—firmly establishing ourselves as a leader in electronics and mobile distribution.
Building on our distribution expertise, we expanded into the spirits industry when Diageo United Breweries, a global leader in premium beverages, appointed us as their distributor for two districts. This pivotal step marked the start of our successful diversification into a new business vertical.
Our portfolio soon grew further with the addition of LG and Sony, strengthening our position in the electronics market through their globally recognized range of products. At the same time, we secured distribution rights for Carlsberg and Sula across three districts, marking a major expansion of our presence in the spirits industry with two of the most prominent names in premium beverages.
Today, we are the sole and proud distributors of Diageo (for two districts), Inbrew, Carlsberg, Sula, Deejay, and V3 Alcobev. We are confident in the strength of our portfolio and look forward to strengthening it in the years to come, all while continuing to seek new opportunities for strategic growth.
